SideQuest Service, LLC is based in Suwannee County, so you can rest assured that our local technicians can be onsite in a flash if needed. When your systems are performing well enough, we can often access them remotely, saving you both time and money.
At SideQuest Service, LLC, we believe technology should be a fun and enlightening tool, not a frustrating challenge to be conquered. That's why we take a compassionate and empathetic approach to communication, service, and teaching.
We bring over 29 consecutive years of experience repairing computers, installing networks, supporting businesses, training people, and consulting on IT needs. We have provided a wide range of IT services, ranging from computer repairs to network management, cybersecurity to data backups and recovery.
There is a lot of information out there. We might not have all the answers already, but our mission and specialty are in finding them for you.

Experience
I have worked as a helpdesk technician and lead, a roving support tech, a scheduler, a technical writer, a trainer, a systems engineer, a network administrator, and most recently as a senior IT consultant for a cybersecurity company, where I would travel across the nation to rapidly restore entire offices of computers, servers, and networks after they had been compromised with ransomware.
I've worked for private companies both large and small, public education, government contracts, and medical offices.
I'm now branching off on a SideQuest to bring my knowledge and expertise to benefit the good people of Northeastern Florida.
