I'm happy to address technical questions via phone, text, or email. Additionally, If your systems are working well enough to allow incoming connections from me, I can support many home configurations remotely.  Billed in 15 minute increments.

When a remote connection is not possible or useful, I can come to your location. Please note: I do not resell parts or equipment. In order to expedite repairs, I might request a brief remote support session first, for the purpose of identifying any parts that you will need to order or acquire.  After you have the parts in hand, I'll travel to you and handle the installation and configuration. Onsite support will be billed in one hour increments.  One hour minimum charge plus trip charge (below.)
